But on those days I always talk myself into it like “just start, do at least a warm-up, at least 10 minutes to stretch your muscles and get ready for the day, and if it doesn’t work, you can stop.” Since I already have a ready-made plan from the madmuscles.com/review app, I don’t need to do anything extra. Just open the workout and start. And really, like they say with food, appetite comes while eating, same with workouts.
