Every morning I train, and usually there’s no problem at all with getting myself together and starting. But sometimes there are days when I just don’t want to. No mood, no desire, no energy. But I’m afraid that if I give in to my laziness, I’ll lose all my discipline, and next time it’ll be even harder to start. Lainaa Jaa viesti

But on those days I always talk myself into it like “just start, do at least a warm-up, at least 10 minutes to stretch your muscles and get ready for the day, and if it doesn’t work, you can stop.” Since I already have a ready-made plan from the madmuscles.com/review app, I don’t need to do anything extra. Just open the workout and start. And really, like they say with food, appetite comes while eating, same with workouts. Lainaa Jaa viesti
