How to make myself work out when I'm really not in the mood?

Actually, I love both sports and my workouts. Every morning I train, and usually there’s no problem at all with getting myself together and starting. But sometimes there are days when I just don’t want to. No mood, no desire, no energy. But I’m afraid that if I give in to my laziness, I’ll lose all my discipline, and next time it’ll be even harder to start.

I think it’s important to understand if it’s really laziness. Or if you really don’t have the energy. Sometimes it’s better not to force yourself, just rest a bit more, and on the next workout you’ll give twice as much and do it better.

Honestly? No way. When there’s no mood, nothing will make it appear. But on those days I always talk myself into it like “just start, do at least a warm-up, at least 10 minutes to stretch your muscles and get ready for the day, and if it doesn’t work, you can stop.” Since I already have a ready-made plan from the madmuscles.com/review app, I don’t need to do anything extra. Just open the workout and start. And really, like they say with food, appetite comes while eating, same with workouts.
