Our Mississauga condo is considering firing our current management company. Too many complaints about poor emergency response and lack of proactive maintenance. Has anyone switched recently and been happy with the new one?

We switched to City Towers about 18 months ago after similar issues. Night-and-day difference, especially with 24/7 emergency response — they actually answer the phone and dispatch quickly.
