How Do You Deal with Forex Trading Stress?

For me, managing trading stress comes down to establishing a solid routine and sticking to it. I start my mornings with a quick workout to clear my head, followed by reviewing my trading plan and setting realistic goals for the day. I also find that taking short breaks during trading sessions helps keep my mind fresh. As for learning Forex, I’ve found some great resources and community forums where traders share strategies. To be honest, I didn’t think I could trade well on forex because I’m super anxious and always worry, even when everything’s going according to plan. And don’t even get me started on serious losses or small failures. But somehow, I managed to minimize my stress.

Maybe it’s your skills and knowledge? For me, I notice that when I feel like a clueless beginner, I get scared and anxious.
